Travis CI needs to be migrated #1089

When looking at Travis CI, I see the following message:

Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on.

Looks like things need to be migrated.

Or should OSG be moved to GitHub actions rather than Travis?

GIthub actions would probably be the best route. Short term just updating the URL would be the thing to do. I'll have a quick look at it tomorrow.
