Use stashcp version for PluginVersion in -classad output #25

Since the stash plugin and stashcp are the same binary, it would be more accurate if the PluginVersion from stash_plugin -classad output was the same as what stashcp --version shows.

Ah, sounds good. I was under the impression the plugin version the understood API between the starter and the plugin.
