... to authfile-update instead of just --cache or --origin; this will fetch the Authfile (and maybe scitokens.cfg) only for the appropriate xrootd instance.

This allows running an authenticated origin without an unauthenticated origin, for example.

At what point does this shell script get un-weildly and it's re-written in python or something?
