This paper is about one specific dataset (SQL database) linking the names of people involved with the Apache project to their Twitter accounts. The data was contributed to a repo called FLOSSmole, which we should consider either linking to or grabbing data from.

FLOSSmole is a "Collaborative collection and analysis of free/libre/open source project data". They have BOATLOADS of datasets of all sorts of things.
