This verse contains <w lemma="l" morph="Rli/2ms">

For some peculiar reason, the value of this unique morph attribute gets output as part of the plain text when the CrossWire SWORD module OSHB is operated on by the diatheke utility.

This is how it came to my attention. This is the sole morph attribute in this book. No other morph attribute value anywhere in the whole work got handled like this.

When I examined the raw IMP file for the module, I had observed that it contained this instead.

<w lemma="OSHBprefix:l" morph="Rli/2ms">

  1. What does this strange morph value mean?
  2. Is it even valid?
  3. Why might it have behaved differently to every other morph value?

It has no meaning. It is not valid. I don't know enough about the diatheke utility to comment on its output.

This is the only @morph in the whole file, and I could not tell you how it got there. It also appears in the original, among the private files on my computer.
