Change Strong's for id 18rfH in Job 30:24 from 'l/2004' to '3861' #87

The word "לָהֶ֥ן" in Job 30:24 might be better analyzed as Strong's 3861. Please review and accept/reject this proposal.

The lemma has bee updated to 3860, the Hebrew version of the Aramaic 3861.
