Unable to set Plugin.Alerting.Destination username and password through SAP Cloud Logging service #951

I am using the SAP Cloud Logging service and I am attempting to set up an alert. While setting it up I found in the documentation that I require access to the file system in order to set up the authentication (username and password). However, due to the scenario I am unable to access the file system since I am using the service through an online dashboard.

@Gerasim2000 Doesn't look like anyone has worked on this, maybe you can help by adding more detail/repro steps/etc.?
