[Meta]Anomaly Detection: Add sample detectors for High Cardinality and Historical data #98

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we only have sample detectors for single entity realtime AD. We want to add high cardinality and historical data detectors to help users understand different type of detectors.

The issue is not done. We only have sample single stream detectors.
