[BUG] Missing .i18nrc.json when generating the zip file and installing it on an opensearch dashboard docker container

What is the bug? .i18nrc.json not found after installing the zip file generated with commands described in documentation.

How can one reproduce the bug? I have created this build command in package.json to generate the zip file :

• ../../scripts/use_node ../../scripts/plugin_helpers build --opensearch-dashboards-version=2.10.0

What is the expected behavior? /bin/opensearch-dashboards-plugin install file:i18nDashboards-2.10.0.zip should install all the necessary files

What is your host/environment?

• Official docker image : opensearchproject/opensearch-dashboards:2.10.0
• Version 2.10.0 of opensearch dashboard
