Need some work to polish and formalize this plugin before launch:

[ ] rewrite/modify readme, MAINTAINERS.md, CONTRIBUTION and etc files
[ ] write ISSUE_TEMPLATE, PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md to formalize issue & PR formats
[ ] add linter
[ ] add prettier
[ ] distribution ready
