[FEATURE] Change metric visualization type in Metrics Analytics

Overview

In metric analytics, a user can view selected metrics as a visualization and correlate metrics across a synchronized time series. In some cases, it is likely that a user may want to switch the default area chart visualization type to a bar chart.

User story

• As a user, I want to view my visualization type as a bar chart instead of an area chart so that I can understand progression of exact values over time.
