Why is the latest version switched back to opensearch-dashboards-1.19.0? #539

[Triage] Hey @adit-cmd based on you title I have understood the problem, this helm repo supports both 1.x and 2.x versions of OpenSearch with a seperate releases, this is have been fixed by @peterzhuamazon in this PR https://github.com/opensearch-project/helm-charts/pull/540, moving forward the 1.x releases should not be marked as latest. Thanks @bbarani
