Fixed some Fit and Finish UX changes along with couple of other fixes:
Added refresh button in transform jobs page
Fixed refresh button in indexes and policy managed indices page
Notifications Modal:
Refresh Button toolkit:
Removed extra spacing between checkbox and policy column
Spacing between the tabs and content set to medium
Issues Resolved
