Coming from https://github.com/opensearch-project/.github/issues/121, updated MAINTAINERS.md to match opensearch-project recommended format.

Looks like some CI has failed. This change has no code changes, can someone please take a look at that?

We can ignore the integration test as this PR does not have code changes.

@dinujoh The commit failed CI/CD on main. Can you please followup/at least open an issue?

The CI/CD is failing due to integration test. We need to fix the failing integration test due to Opensearch 2.0 breaking changes. This is tracked under: https://github.com/opensearch-project/logstash-input-opensearch/issues/36
