Add RPM and DEB packages #216

Please build RPM and DEBs for these logstash plugins. One RPM that included both would be great.

@ipnerds , Thank you for the suggestion!

We are discontinuing producing Logstash distributions entirely per #208. With this change we also won't have an RPM or DEB package.
