upload of logstash-oss-with-opensearch-plugin docker container version 8.12 #243

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. with #235 closed, is it possible to also update the logstash-oss-with-opensearch-plugin in the docker hub ( https://hub.docker.com/r/opensearchproject/logstash-oss-with-opensearch-output-plugin/tags )

Describe the solution you'd like update docker container from 8.9 to 8.12

Describe alternatives you've considered an alternative would be to build the logstash-oss docker container ( docker.elastic.co/logstash/logstash-oss ) by hand and add a dedicated "plugin install" step.

There was a discussion in this in https://github.com/opensearch-project/logstash-output-opensearch/issues/230, which says we're not planning to make any new docker releases (cc: @dlvenable). You can install the plugin on top of the ES release as you suggest.

It would be nice to have a documented alternative in this repo that explains both that we deprecated the docker image, and exactly how to do that, so let's leave this open.
