Im still actively maintaining. Most of the people in the list are required because of rotation of release ownership. What is guidance on managers and maintainership? They are not adding a lot of commits but my perspective is its good to have them as admins. Not sure if @ylwu-amzn and @jngz-es still want to be maintainers - they are more on ml-commons side.
