To avoid bug like https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards/issues/3515 in the future, we should add functional tests to cover major use case for dev tool console

[x] Migrate from existing Selenium test cases in OSD core to functional test repo
[ ] Keep improving by adding new test cases, such as test cases related to data source selector.
