When this was forked, it forked the docs from the Elasticsearch plugin. However, in https://github.com/opensearch-project/documentation-website/pull/8074 we are migrating the docs PROPERLY over to OpenSearch documentation-website.

These docs should be deleted.

Plugin shouldn't have those detailed docs...
