Is your feature request related to a problem?

Lack of versioning in java lambda package makes it hard to roll back to a previous version.

What solution would you like?

Upload and version the lambda files to Maven, and when deploying with CDK, pull the files down from Maven.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Create a new repo with only java code.
[ ] Onboard to opensearch-build one-click release.
[ ] Once the java code is uploaded to Maven Central, have the CDK pull the code from Maven Central to deploy.
