May be add in a guide that developers can auto format code using spotlessApply?

Thanks @VachaShah , I created this issue to make sure there is a dedicated developer guide instead of the monolithic README.md https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-oci-object-storage/issues/46 Will address it in a separate change and will include information regarding spotless as well as part of contribution and dev process.
