[FEATURE] Fork ringphp to make it compatible until we made a new code generator

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Ringphp has some deprecation. There are many PRs to get that compatible, but the author does not react.

What solution would you like?

I would like to fork it, merge the pull requests and require it here. So we can make a complete new client to V3 with code generation and can get rid of that package

What alternatives have you considered?

• Rewrite the entire SDK to get rid of that package
• Move that code inside this package
  • Namespace would change -> BC
