[FEATURE] Add high level DSL for Cross Cluster Replication (CCR) #143

I didn't find a way of setting Cross Cluster Replication (CCR) using the opensearch-py.

I think it would be good to have a similar feature as it has on ElasticSearch

A mechanism for plugins was added in https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-py/pull/93. Hopefully someone can pick this one up.
