Yes 2.3 should contain this commit and then the tag can be cut from there. Currently, the tag looks to be cut from main.

I don't have admin access to delete 2.3 branch. Can someone with access delete it. Then I will again create 2.3 branch including latest commit and then cut tag v2.3.0
