[Bug] OUI documentation header bugs

Describe the bug

1. The logo in the header should be using "Dark Mode" version
2. The version dropdown doesn’t seem to be functioning- it refreshes the page but doesn’t seem to update to the selected version.
3. The current Figma library download URL is incorrect and points to an older version. Should point to: https://www.figma.com/community/file/1319043629276905995/opensearch-design-system-community-component-library-oui

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. [](Go to https://oui.opensearch.org/1.4/)
2. Click on version dropdown - it will refresh the page and update the url but it appears the site is still 1.4
3. Click on "Figma" icon > link goes to 1.1 library but should be going to 2.0 'https://www.figma.com/community/file/1319043629276905995/opensearch-design-system-community-component-library-oui'
4. See the logo - it should be using the version in Dark mode or the version used in the application header:
