[Next Theme] Revert font-weight of OuiButton to normal from semi-bold

The larger font-size eliminates the need for bolder text

Does this actually revert a previous commit/change? The only thing I see in blame is adding the next theme. If it's not, I think revert is the wrong terminology

This went in as a giant PR of individual commits we had in a different branch. We decided to make the font semi-bold to make up for its smaller size.
