At the moment there is no way to reflect that a user belonged in a group during one timeframe and another during time outside that timeframe.
Eg: Joe Schmo belonged to the OpenSearch org between Jan 2022 to Dec 2022. Commits made outside that range would belong to the non-org committers.
We should be able to specify a date range that someone belongs within a certain group. Eg.
# OpenSearch_org.txt dtaivpp 2022-01-15 2022-12-01
We could not add this in however we would risk overwriting history.
