[BUG] Nonexistent page showing in search results. #59

Describe the bug At some point our own indexer indexed a page that no longer exists and I can't seem to get it out of the search results.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Visit opensearch.org
  2. Type 'assistant toolkit' into the search bar in the upper right
  3. See several results, fourth one down shows as screenshot. Clicking the result goes to a 404 page.

Expected behavior This specific result should not show.
