[BUG] New Image Assets Are Exceedingly Large

Describe the bug This is not really a bug, exactly, but rather a performance hinderance.

Hero image assets for the platform pages are much larger than they need to be resulting in file sizes that are also very large, and can reduce page performance.

• /assets/media/platform/platform-hero-search.png: 705KB, 5000x1688. The largest width it will ever need to be according to the design is 1280 pixels.
• /assets/media/platform/platform-hero-observability.png: 794KB, 5000x1667. Also only requires to be at most 1280 pixels wide.
• /assets/media/platform/platform-hero-security-analytics.png: 838KB, 5000x1667. Also only requries to be at most 1280 pixels wide.
• /assets/media/platform/Core.png: 651KB, 1200x800. Only required to render at most as 600 pixels wide.
• /assets/media/platform/Dashboards.png: 701KB, 1200x800. Only requried to render at most as 600 pixels wide.
• /assets/media/platform/Data-Prepper.png. 725KB, 1200x800. Only required to render at most as 600 pixels wide.
• /assets/media/platform/platform_hero_simple.png: 111KB, 6001x1459. 1440 pixels is the largest width required.
• /assets/media/platform/mobile-platform-simple.png: 202KB 1200x800. Max width rendered is 794px

Downsize the image assets appropriately.

The images look like they are back to a reasonable size. If you see any that are off, feel free to PR a fix.
