Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Can we add an upvote mechanism to capture feedback on webpages, including blogs? Ideally something that can capture how popular the page is, similar in lines to the feedback.

I like the idea. In its current form our website is a statically generated jekyll site, so we don't have any database component that we'd be able to store upvotes and downvotes in. This may change in the near future, so I'll leave this open so we can have a discussion about it. After all, if people can't tell us which pages are useful, our content won't get any better.
