[BUG] Remove extra(top nav bar, buttons, editor) elements doesn't work sometimes #13

What is the bug?

Removing extra elements isn't consistent.

How can one reproduce the bug?

Run cli command with any dashboard/visualization url

What is the expected behavior?

Extra elements should be removed from the report. Report should look like below image

Linux

This is fixed as part of https://github.com/opensearch-project/reporting-cli/pull/11
