Security Analytics enables users for detecting security threats on their security event log data. It will also allow them to modify/tailor the pre-packaged solution.
This PR adds the skeleton for the job scheduler as well as some outline for integrating with IOC creation. It also adds in the delete and update functions that will be used for the APIs.
