What are you proposing?

A tutorial on the how and why of UBI and Otel. Added to https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/search-plugins/ubi/index/ list of tutorials.

What users have asked for this feature?

Otel is a core enabling tech on OpenSearch.

Stavros, Aruna, and other see value.

We're getting close to merging the Otel support, and then this can get movign!
