Data Prepper integration should support a SSL endpoint.

What solution would you like?

When DataPrepper is configured with SSL on an http_source, the plugin should be able to send queries.

This should probably be divided into two issues. One to ensure it works as expected against a Data Prepper configured with an SSL-enabled http_soruce and another to look at mutual SSL auth.
