Could we remove these from 2.4 release, still keep the radio button selection given not enough bandwidth: INDEX PATTERN CREATE TO DO

• Change radio button selection UI to a single searchable list using Selectable (OUISelectable) with Search (OUIFieldSearch)
• Always show the default data source at top with the default badge (OUIBadge)

This is now back in scope and sub issues have been re-created accordingly.

These are still not in 2.4 scope. Only the drop down part is changed to selectable.
