Implement error handling on all required input boxes #33

[ ] Check for required value onBlur only. If required value is missing, input box state changes to Error and user is prevented from submitting form (submit button disabled state)

[ ] Implement error handling for API / save errors (onSubmit of save button in EUIBottomBar)

Updated to remove onChange for input box validation.
