4 years ago Some metrics we want to capture are:
- How long does a user spend on the "data entry" first page?
- How many conviction entries are in the first "data entry" first page
- How often "submit" button clicked?
- How often is "back" button clicked? (we want to measure how much to-and-fro our users have to do)
- What's the year of DOB that was used?
- How often do we encounter partial data inputs?
- How often do we encounter errors?
- What's the total number of conviction "calculated"
- What's the number of convictions that are "vacatable" and "not vacatable"?
- If possible, how often does the user click "Print" to print the results report page?
We need a way to see user behavior in websites
We want to conduct measurement of the impact associated with this software. One of the tasks is to instrument the webpage to add standard and custom metrics.
