SEANetMap needs an official name #15

Well, that's something.

And Tigue's nickname of SEANetMap is no winner either.

Project needs a label. We should coord with the City folks to see what they plan on calling it.

Why don't we go with 'seattle network choices' until we get input otherwise. it doesn't seem particularly objectionable :+1:

Perfect!

JohnTigue commented 9 years ago

Seems the City calls it "Seattle Broadband Map" so there it is. I am leaving this open so that we check back with them to see if they come up with anything more creative.

Note that the page title is currently hardcoded into client/index.html. This should come from somewhere else. That page is fully static and should live on a CDN. So, the deploy process needs to set such details i.e. we need to adopt templating machinery and run that as part of the deploy process, on multiple files.

Note for silliness:

  1. SEANetMap
  2. SEANet Map
  3. Seanet Map
  4. Seanette map
  5. Seanette

Nickname v1.0. QED.

The City is working on this for now.
