NDT-JS: progress circle changing color more than is necessary #61

Run a test.

  1. donut starts out dark blue
  2. upload test starts
  3. donut proceeds to become light green, in a clockwise fashion
  4. upload finishes with donut fully light green
  5. donut turns dark blue
  6. download test starts
  7. donut proceeds to become light green, in a counter-clockwise fasion
  8. down load finishes with donut fully light green
  9. donut turns dark blue.

Things would be much smoother if step 5 didn't reset color to dark blue: 2 less color changes. Much more like material design aesthetic from google.
