Added high-level design for SG-binding functionality and install inspection hook API changes and functionality Addressed previous PR comments

Updated SFC design document with following

  1. Corrected ElementInfoId to Element.
  2. reshuffled API interface section
  3. Modified some of the connected in OSC-ENTITIES section
    1. Added Binding and SFC related table modification and recommendations.

Added UI mockup and addressed all the comments.
