Adding the triage labels description #79

This change updates the triage flow with additional details and adds a description for the triage labels.

Note: The diff is showing the entire file as changed (?) but the only sessions changed are the Triage Flow and label descriptions. @ychoma the priority and severity labels should also have some description i believe. Can you update those later?
