Adding code guidelines for tasks and metatasks #95

Thanks @sudhirappaji hopefully all the typos are addressed now. With respect to the repeated definitions I think keeping them in a single place might make the document harder to read. Also the strings are not exactly the same k8s vs K8s, small difference but still they are different for package and classes. This format also allows one to read, copy and refer to the class name or package name convention independently of each other.
