Encapsulation Type shows 'Vlan' when adding a DA. It should be displayed as 'VLAN', VLAN being an abbreviation for Virtual Local Area Network

On OSC/Setup/Distributed Appliance, add a DA.
Under Virtualization type, Encapsulation type column displays Vlan.
It should be displayed as VLAN as VLAN is an abbreviation for Virtual LAN.
Earlier it was 'VLAN'. Dont know how it got changed to Vlan.

We should change it back to 'VLAN
