Data recorded by OSH node, such as data from GeoHSV event is servable through OSH 1.3.2 but not latest version of OSH.

Consider adding ability to read data recorded by previous versions and stored as archived/historical data.

Will be possible in V2 by loading several OSGi modules for different versions of the datastore implementation
