Make maintenance_info consistent with other objects #660

What is the problem this PR solves? Maintenance info looks a bit odd compared to other objects(like schemas, service plans) part of the catalog. I've moved it before the sample catalog and add "object" to the heading to be consistent with the rest of the objects.
