MGMT-15667: Clear base domain last error message when changing the textbox content #2318

Related to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MGMT-15667

In cluster details form:

  1. User may write invalid base_domain press next and got warning returned.
  2. Once the user re-enter the text box and change the content (before pressing next) the warning is not relevant anymore and needs to be removed.
