MGMT-17851: Assisted Installer link documentation is broken #2579

In prod and staging - Assisted installer documentation link is broken and leads to 404 page not found - https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/assisted_installer_for_openshift_container_platform/2022/html/assisted_installer_for_openshift_container_platform/index

We need to replace with the correct link.
