Allow users to deploy their workloads on a Google Cloud Shielded VM which protects from remote attacks and privilege escalations.

The feature was released to production on Thursday, Dec 14, 2023.

This feature requires a minimum OSD version of 4.13.0, and is available through the OCM UI or OCM CLI versions 0.1.72 or greater. Note: OCM CLI is in Developer Preview mode
OSD documentation has been updated to reflect all changes for this feature.
