Add more troubleshooting Q&As based on vSphere installation experience #26

Hi,

last month we completed an OpenShift installation job in client's vSphere environment, during which we fought through a lot of network troubles. The troubles were mostly related to client's firewall and proxy settings, which we weren't aware of at the beginning.

I summarised our experience in this PR with the hope to make others' life a bit easier in the similar situation...
