Partners will see a failed automation if our metrics collection step fails. We might benefit from moving this workflow to be separate from the CI job, but for now, I'm marking these as continue-on-error and adding a notification that should hit the helm_dev slack channel (which is where we currently see nightly run failures).
The Slack token might need updating in the production repo, but we'll do that when the first certification comes through after this gets released.
